A 4-inch bar slides through the 4.4-inch spindle bore, and the built-in 35 HP motor drives the A2-8 nose to 2500 RPM or 750 foot-pound at 350 RPM for heavy roughing. The Mazatrol Fusion CNC control speeds setup with conversational cycles, while X-axis travel of 10.63 inch and Z-axis reach of 48.03 inch return at rapid traverses of 1181 IPM and 984 IPM to slash non-cut time.
