2023 Mazak QT-Ez 12 MSY CNC Lathe

The 2023 Mazak QT-Ez 12MSY is a next-generation CNC turning center engineered for high-precision multitasking, combining dual synchronized spindles, full Y-axis capability, and powerful live tooling. The machine is controlled by the advanced MAZATROL SmoothEz CNC system with a 15” touchscreen, offering user-friendly navigation, EIA/ISO programming, and intelligent features like thermal shield compensation, background tool path verification, and variable spindle rotation software. The high-pressure 213 PSI coolant system, chip conveyor, automatic tool eye, and parts catcher ensure efficient, continuous production. Also included is a full setup for automation and high-mix manufacturing: the LNS Quick Load Servo 80-S2 short load barfeeder, Royal Products QG-80 collet chucks and installation tools, Eppinger V- and H-type mill holders, and over 40 quick-change collets.
